My flight was cancelled and I was re-routed to an airport 5 hrs away from where I was staying. It was late at night and nothing was open, renting a car would have been a nightmare. I submitted a request thinking it was a long shot for “day of” service, especially traveling the long distance. They responded promptly within the hour and sent a driver to meet me within 20 minutes of our phone call. The car was a comfortable SUV. It was clean and my driver was incredibly nice and professional. I was even able to get some sleep during the trip. We arrived as the sun was coming up. This service literally saved my vacation. They were there for me in a pinch and I’m incredibly grateful for it. Hadn’t heard of them before but would highly recommend and will book again.
