General Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.
2. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
Booking and Payment
1. Reservations
- Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
- Accurate and complete information must be provided, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, and times.
2. Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or as agreed during reservation.
- A confirmation email with trip details will be sent to the customer.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance or as agreed at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other payment platforms specified during booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up time, no refund will be provided.
Service Policies
1. Service Area
Our services are available in designated areas within and around Chicago. Special arrangements can be made for out-of-service-area requests.
2. Wait Time
- For airport pickups, a grace period of 30 minutes is provided after the scheduled pick-up time. Additional wait time may be charged at an hourly rate.
- For all other services, a 15-minute grace period is provided, after which additional charges may apply.
3. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner.
- Smoking, drug use, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will result in additional charges for repair or cleaning.
4. Luggage Policy
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with weight and size limits.
- ILOOP Limousine Inc. is not liable for lost, damaged, or forgotten personal items left in the vehicle.
Liability
1. Limitation of Liability
ILOOP Limousine Inc. will not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Missed flights, appointments, or events due to unforeseen delays.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
2. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold ILOOP Limousine Inc., its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Termination
ILOOP Limousine Inc. reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any customer who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in inappropriate or unlawful behavior.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
